As Lettings Portfolio Administrator, you'll play a key role behind the scenes — keeping systems up to date, communicating with landlords and tenants, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly across the portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the property management team with day-to-day admin tasks
- Handling tenant and landlord enquiries via phone and email
- Booking inspections, safety checks, and maintenance appointments
- Updating records and ensuring compliance documentation is in place
- Assisting with tenancy progression, renewals, and deposit paperwork
- Helping with general office admin and ad hoc support as needed
Who we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in lettings or property administration
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using property software and MS Office
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Full UK driving licence required (pool cars may be available)
