As a Lettings Property Portfolio Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for tenants, landlords and contractors.
You'll be resolving issues efficiently, managing expectations clearly and ensuring a smooth tenancy experience from start to finish.
Whether it’s handling maintenance queries, negotiating deposit disputes or stepping in for a mid-tenancy inspection, you’ll be on the front foot every day.
This role suits someone who thrives on variety. You’ll be managing a full caseload, juggling priorities and communicating confidently across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
Strong organisational skills are a must. Just as important is your ability to stay personable and calm under pressure.
You'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of a respected and high-performing lettings team. While your primary focus will be tenancy and portfolio management, there will be times where you’ll support other areas of the business. That might include helping with viewings, office admin or lending a hand during peak periods.
