As Lettings Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to for day-to-day lettings operations, providing hands-on support to the team while ensuring landlords and tenants receive a first-class experience.
Working alongside a passionate and knowledgeable manager, you’ll help guide the lettings department, build lasting client relationships, and keep everything running like clockwork.
You’ll be someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading by example, and understands the importance of staying on top of legislation and best practice.
This is a great step up for a senior negotiator or experienced lettings professional looking for more influence and long-term growth.
You’ll have at least two years' lettings experience, be confident managing relationships, and bring a calm, solutions-led approach.
An ARLA qualification is a bonus, but your knowledge and leadership potential matter most.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
