They’ve built strong momentum over the past year and are now looking for a confident Lettings Negotiator who can hit the ground running and contribute to continued growth.

You’ll play a hands-on role in driving new tenancies from enquiry to move-in. Expect a varied and people-focused day – managing viewings, negotiating offers, progressing lets and maintaining excellent relationships with both landlords and tenants.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your deals and supported by a team that genuinely celebrates success.

There’s commission to be earned from day one, with no cap on your potential.

But more than that, you’ll have the chance to grow – with further training, ARLA support, and a clear path to Senior Negotiator if you’re ambitious and driven.
