This independent, highly regarded lettings agency in Nottingham is looking for a Lettings Manager who can take charge, drive results, and be the face of a successful local operation.


You’ll be joining a well-established team with a loyal client base and a strong foothold in the local market. Your focus will be on managing the lettings department, leading from the front, supporting the team, and ensuring exceptional service standards are met from instruction to move-in.


Day to day, you’ll oversee valuations, agree new lets, handle landlord relationships, and support property management where needed.


You’ll monitor performance KPIs, coach junior staff, and ensure compliance is always spot on.


Most importantly, you’ll be given the autonomy to put your stamp on the branch and build on its already solid reputation.


This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager ready to step up, or an experienced Lettings Manager looking for more influence and earning potential.
