Step into a key support role at the heart of a thriving city centre lettings team.
This established and well-regarded independent agency is seeking a Part-Time Lettings Administrator to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Working closely with a fast-paced lettings department, you’ll be the organisational force that helps everything tick along, coordinating paperwork, preparing tenancy documents, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
The hours are part time (approximately 20 per week) with flexibility built in, ideal if you're looking to balance work with other commitments, but still want to be part of a friendly, motivated property team.
You’ll play a vital part in keeping landlords, tenants and colleagues informed and organised. From issuing tenancy agreements and handling referencing, to ensuring compliance records are up to date, your contribution will be essential to the team’s success.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in lettings or property admin, where accuracy and communication are key.
