The Role


You’ll be coordinating tenancy paperwork, referencing, move-ins, renewals, and system updates — making sure landlords and tenants are always kept in the loop. From preparing documents to chasing outstanding tasks, you’ll be the link that keeps the whole lettings process connected and efficient. 


This isn’t a role where you’re hidden behind the scenes. You’ll be right in the thick of the action, working closely with negotiators, property managers, and the wider team to ensure everything goes to plan. Your organisational skills and calm, professional approach will make you a key part of a busy and friendly office environment.

The ideal candidate will already have experience in a lettings support role and be confident managing the pace of a busy branch. You’ll be naturally organised, good with systems, and able to manage multiple priorities without letting the details slip.
