As Sales Manager for a well-established independent agency in Derbyshire, you’ll take charge of a busy residential sales team with strong local presence and a reputation for results.


The office has a solid foundation and healthy pipeline — now it needs someone with the vision and drive to take it to the next level. 



What You Will Do


You’ll lead a motivated team of negotiators, setting performance standards, supporting development, and ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey.


The branch already performs well, but there’s untapped potential waiting to be unlocked — whether that’s increasing market share, improving conversion rates, or building stronger relationships with vendors and buyers. 


Your focus will be on growing listings, pushing sales across the line, and making sure your team consistently delivers above expectations.


This isn’t just about managing — it’s about leading from the front and celebrating the wins that come from working smart, staying ambitious, and putting customers first.
