As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the lettings team, ensuring that tenancy agreements, compliance checks, and client communications are handled with efficiency and professionalism.


This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where strong organisational skills and a keen eye for accuracy are essential.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all documentation is compliant with current legislation
  • Managing deposit registrations and ensuring smooth move-ins and check-outs
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to coordinate property maintenance
  • Assisting the lettings team with general administrative support, diary management, and database updates
  • Handling enquiries with a proactive, customer-focused approach

  • Essential: Previous experience in property administration (lettings preferred)
