What to Expect

Your role will involve liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring that properties are well maintained and any issues are resolved efficiently. You'll be confident handling tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and compliance checks, always maintaining a professional and proactive approach. 

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience in residential lettings and property management, along with a strong understanding of current legislation.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as you’ll be out and about conducting property visits.
