As Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the branch’s success, taking responsibility for:


  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales negotiators to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Generating and securing new instructions, increasing stock levels, and driving business growth.
  • Carrying out valuations and advising clients on the best strategies to sell their property.
  • Negotiating offers to maximise results for both vendors and buyers.
  • Providing expert market advice, keeping up to date with local property trends and competitor activity.
  • Delivering first-class customer service, ensuring clients receive professional guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Managing sales pipelines and ensuring transactions progress smoothly to completion.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, buyers, and local businesses to enhance the agency’s presence in the market.



You’ll need a proven track record in residential sales, strong leadership skills, and the ambition to drive results.
