What You’ll Do:


As the Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department. Your key duties will include:


  • Leading a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve business performance.
  • Handling client relationships with both landlords and tenants.
  • Managing the full lettings process, from valuation to move-in.

What You’ll Need:


To be successful in this role, you’ll need:


  • Extensive experience in residential lettings, with a proven track record in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A full driving license is essential for this role.
