About the Role:


As a Sales Progressor, you will be at the heart of the sales process, taking full responsibility for managing a portfolio of property transactions from offer through to completion. You will work directly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of the sales progression are handled smoothly and efficiently.

This role offers the chance to make a real impact by ensuring that each transaction progresses without a hitch. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure will directly contribute to the success of your team and the business as a whole.



Key Responsibilities:


Manage the progression of property sales from offer to completion

Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other parties to resolve issues and ensure smooth transactions

Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with all involved parties

Troubleshoot and resolve any potential delays or problems in the sales process

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure deadlines are met



What We’re Looking For:


To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Previous experience in sales progression or a similar role within residential sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence

This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.45pm) and occasional Saturday cover (9.00am - 4.00pm), with a day off during the week.
