What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of investment properties, ensuring seamless operations and optimal returns.
  • Overseeing property sales transactions from offer to completion, liaising with solicitors, agents, and investors.
  • Identifying and resolving potential challenges in the sales and management process.
  • Providing expert advice and hands-on support to investors navigating the property market.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and industry partners to uphold the company’s outstanding reputation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of sales progression.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
