The Opportunity


As Property Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our sales operation, ensuring seamless property transactions while supporting both clients and team members.


You'll have the chance to shape and improve core business processes, directly contributing to the company's continued growth and success.




What You'll Achieve


You'll become an integral part of the sales progression team, managing property files from instruction to completion. Your expertise will help streamline the sales process, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

You'll build strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other key stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact for all parties.




The Role


Coordinate the complete sales administration process

Create engaging property listings and marketing materials

Manage the sales progression pipeline

Liaise with solicitors and other professional partners

Support the sales team with viewings coordination Maintain accurate property records and databases




What We're Looking For


Previous property administration experience with strong attention to detail.

You should be organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

A driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Most importantly, you'll need excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for property.
