As Lettings Negotiator, you'll join a dynamic team that's reshaping the local rental market.
You'll be at the forefront of matching professionals and families with their ideal homes, while building lasting relationships with landlords who trust us with their investment properties.
This role offers significant earning potential through our structured commission scheme, with top performers consistently exceeding their OTE.
What You'll Achieve
You'll take ownership of your own property portfolio, conducting viewings and building relationships with both landlords and tenants.
You'll become an expert in the Milton Keynes rental market, advising clients on everything from property presentation to rental valuations.
As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to mentor new team members and contribute to the agency's expansion plans.
The role involves:
Managing the entire letting process from initial enquiry through to successful move-in Conducting professional property viewings and providing detailed feedback
Negotiating terms between landlords and tenants Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners Identifying new business opportunities and growing your portfolio Contributing to the agency's marketing initiatives and social media presence
What We're Looking For
We need someone with previous lettings or sales experience who understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
You should be confident, well-presented, and able to build rapport easily.
A full driving licence is essential as you'll be conducting viewings throughout Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
