As they continue to grow, they are now looking for a skilled Lettings Consultant to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis.



The Role


As a Lettings Consultant, you will be an essential part of the team, working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth property transactions.

Your role will involve handling enquiries, coordinating property viewings, and overseeing tenancy agreements.

You will be the first point of contact for both prospective and current tenants, offering professional advice and guidance while ensuring all processes run seamlessly.

Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be key to excelling in this role.

From managing maintenance issues to liaising with contractors and keeping landlords informed, every day will bring new challenges.

You will also have the opportunity to work with an advanced property management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the lettings process.

  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A full, clean UK driving licence
